Return Policy
1. If the package you received meets the following conditions, you can apply for a return and refund within 7 days of receiving the product:
a. If the product is damaged during transportation, please provide photo proofs of the outer packaging, express delivery slip, product, etc. after receiving the goods. If you cannot provide the corresponding photo proofs, it will not be accepted, please understand;
b. Lost items, wrong deliveries, or missed deliveries must be verified and verified by the courier personnel.

We recommend that you take photos of the problem product and describe it, and send it to us directly through online customer service or email, so as to identify the problem and send you the specific return and refund method.
2. The return and refund policy does not apply to the following products:
a. Any goods not sold on this website;
b. The item has been used or damaged, the label/factory protective film has been removed, the size of the product has been changed;
c. Exceeded the acceptance time limit (you will not be able to apply for after-sales if you do not contact customer service within 7 days after signing);
d. Due to irresistible factors during transportation, the product is slightly damaged, but it does not affect normal use;
e. Any product quality problems caused by the customer's abnormal use and storage;
f. For sets and other products sold in combination, the return service is only provided for single or multiple products that meet the after-sales return and refund standards, and does not extend to the combination of all products.
g. For the sake of safety and sanitation, children's clothing, and personal products such as underwear, etc., non-quality problems will not be returned or exchanged.
h. Due to different personal constitutions, please consult a doctor in time for cosmetics/health products/food allergies, and do not accept applications for product returns based on product quality problems.
3. After confirming that the product can be returned, you need to return the product to the specified return address. Return shipping charges are as follows:
1) If the product has serious quality problems, the product is damaged due to logistics reasons and cannot be used normally, or the product received does not match the description of the order, if you want to return the product, you do not need to pay the shipping fee, and you can choose to pay the shipping fee;
2) If the returned product does not meet the product quality problem return policy, the product will be sent back to the customer without refund, and the shipping fee to the Arti-shopping after-sales center and the shipping fee for returning the product to the customer will be borne by the customer bear;
3) If you apply for a return or refund for personal reasons, you need to pay the round-trip freight for the product;
